Farmers’ Market Pizza
- 1 large flatbread or pizza crust
- 5 sliced plum tomatoes
- ⅔ cup peas
- 1 sliced yellow bell pepper
- ⅔ cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp torn basil
- Prepared pesto
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Put flatbread or pizza crust on sheet. Layer evenly with tomatoes. Scatter peas, yellow bell pepper, and goat cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper and bake 10 to 15 minutes. Top with chives, basil, and generous drizzles of pesto.
