- 1 lb lean ground turkey or beef
- 2 cups shredded Colby and Jack cheese
- 2 (8-oz) packages Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
Cook ground beef or turkey on stove until no longer pink.
Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles.
Place triangles in an overlapping ring on a pizza stone. The "bases" of the triangles should overlap in the center of the ring, and the "points" of the triangle should point out. It will look like a sunburst.
Spoon cooked beef or turkey onto ring.
Top with cheese, onion, and bell peppers.
Fold "points" of triangles over meat and filling and tuck into other side.
Bake in 350°F oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
