Everyone loves a good hamburger. But, chicken burgers are easily just as tasty. And they’re much lower in fat and calories.
Once you throw them on the grill and deck them out with all of your favorite toppings, they offer a seriously comparable replacement for the traditional burger.
Try them at your next cookout!
- 2 lbs lean ground chicken
- 2 Tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 Tbsp dried marjoram
- 1 Tbsp dried garlic
- ½ Tbsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spinach, for topping
In a bowl, mix ground chicken with all the spices.
Form into burger patties and place on the grill, or cook in a sauté pan flipping occasionally (cook for 10-12 minutes until done).
Serve on hamburger buns and top with spinach and the condiments of your choice.
