This veggie-topped pasta is super simple to make—it only has five ingredients!—but creamy Alfredo sauce and a generous sprinkling of Parmesan pack plenty of flavor.
Creamy Penne with Broccoli
- ½ lb penne
- 3 cup broccoli florets
- 1 diced orange bell pepper
- 1 cup Alfredo pasta sauce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
Cook penne until al dente, adding broccoli florets and orange bell pepper in last 6 minutes of cooking. Drain and return to pot. Stir in Alfredo pasta sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
