Crunchy Summer Slaw
- ½ head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- ½ head red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
Combine yogurt, mayo, and mustard in a small bowl. Toss with cabbage. Chill ½ hour. Add salt and pepper.
