The Asian flavors of sesame oil, soy sauce, and ginger complement the subtle flavor of the fish and the crunch of the coleslaw.
Fish Tacos with Coleslaw
- 1½ lb flounder fillets, oiled and lightly salted
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp Asian sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp powdered ginger
- 3 cup coleslaw mix
- 8 taco shells
Grill 1½ lb lightly salted, oiled flounder fillets over medium for 8 minutes or until done. Flake with fork.
Combine ¼ cup Greek yogurt, juice of 1 lime, 2 Tbsp Asian sesame oil, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, and ½ tsp powdered ginger. Toss with 3 cups coleslaw mix.
Stuff 8 taco shells with fish and coleslaw.
