A creamy yogurt-curry marinade gives grilled chicken a flavorful twist
Grilled Chicken Curry
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 (2-inch) piece ginger, grated
- 1 lb chicken tenders
Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
Combine yogurt, cayenne pepper, garlic, curry powder, cumin, salt, turmeric, and ginger in a large bowl. Add chicken and marinate for 3 hours.
Grill chicken over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Divide chicken among plates and garnish with cilantro, if desired.
