This Italian version of the mimosa uses Prosecco and peach puree instead of champagne and OJ. We also add grapefruit juice for extra antioxidants!
- ½ cup grapefruit juice
- ½ cup frozen peaches, thawed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 4 oz Prosecco
- Red grapefruit (optional)
In a blender, combine grapefruit juice, peaches, and cinnamon. Pulse until well blended.
Pour 2 oz Prosecco into each glass. Add half the grapefruit mixture. Garnish with segments of red grapefruit, if desired.
