This festive fudge is perfect for a gift or a holiday party.
Peppermint White Chocolate Fudge
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup sugar
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp peppermint extract (or vanilla extract)
- Colored sprinkles
Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with foil.
In a saucepan, simmer butter, marshmallows, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. When smooth, stir in white chocolate chips and peppermint extract. Blend well.
Spread in pan. Coat with colored sprinkles. Cool; cut into squares (if you like, cut squares in half to make triangles). As a variation, substitute vanilla for peppermint extract.
Makes about 24 squares.
