This medley of vegetables is a snap and has quite the crunch.
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 cup cooked corn
- 1 (10-oz) package frozen lima beans, cooked
Sauté ½ cup each chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper in 1 Tbsp butter for 4 minutes.
Stir in 2 cups cooked corn and 1 (10-oz) package frozen lima beans, cooked.
Simmer 4 minutes; add salt and pepper.
