Tropical Fruit Guacamole
- 2 avocados
- ¼ cup diced mango
- ¼ cup diced peach
- ¼ cup diced papaya
- 1 Tbsp minced red onion
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Coarsely mash avocados in a bowl. Fold in mango, peach, papaya, red onion, and lime juice. Season with salt and cayenne.
• Avocados are ripe when their pebbly skin turns dark (almost black) and gives slightly to the touch.
• Exposed to air, avocado flesh discolors. Minimize exposure by pressing plastic wrap directly onto the guacamole’s surface, or just serve right away.
