There are plenty of reasons to continue loading up on summer salads as we soar into the middle of August. I’ll give you three- #1: It’s still quite hot in most regions, so the likelihood that you’ll have to wear a bathing suit again this summer is pretty darn high. #2: Fresh produce is everywhere!! #3: I don’t think anyone is quite ready to turn on the oven just yet. Give some of these a try- they’re the best of the best!
